Description

Is there any way to either make this block of Elliot one way or a dead end or close the gates on Career High? The speeding traffic, the dirt bikes, the loud music make it increasingly dangerous for kids who are outside playing often unsupervised. We cant make parents be good parents but we can protect the kids can't we??
