Description
"Homeless" person with a motorhome is still dumping "Chemicals" & human waste into the Storm water drains going into the estuary. Nothing is being done on site. Alameda Environmental has been notified to no avail. He is located within 50' of our business door. This is the 4th. or 5th. request for help within the last year.
