It is always coordinated to the "breaks" that the temp business at 1972 Mass Ave take as a group - Unfortunately, I have not noticed the exact schedule, but there are usually large groups of people out front of 1972 Mass Ave eating, smoking and talking when some wander down our street - it is during the day, during the week (not in the evenings and not on the weekend). There may be regularly scheduled breaks for this business?

I notice it happening at least 1x a week just coming/going from home on Regent St and Porter Rd

I work at 2000 Mass Ave and we've had to tell the workers from 1972 not to congregate and smoke in our doorways. I think it's a telemarketing firm in 1972 and the whole company takes a break at the same time. There's often a break between 5:30 and 6pm.
