Back again. After 8 days of calling the police, this encampment moved on. Only to have the back the next day. They walk down natoma and urinate on homes. Trash sprawls down the street. Late at night they grow in numbers. 15 or more bikes. Completely blocking the sidewalk. This area had become an eye sore to all of those that drive up 9th and the neighborhood more importantly.
