Melvin Wilkes of Wilkes Properties) and Tenants dispute responsibility for this accumulation of old furniture, mattresses, other miscellaneous TRASH that has been sitting on the sidewalk for over 9 months now!! The city has been called several times this is an eyesore to an otherwise beautiful block!!
