These concrete chunks have been on the sidewalk for over a year now. I have created countless SCF request. A couple of weeks ago Public Works came by and picked up some stuff from other houses. When I asked them to get the concrete chunks they said they were getting the address to write tickets. That makes no sense what so ever. This stuff has been there since it was put out for bulk pickup day in 2015. It was passed up last bulk pickup a few months ago. It has been there so long it is on Google maps! What does it take to get this taken away? The renters are not going to clean up. Their yard is always littered with cars and other junk.
