No notice of a water shut off. At least update this application with useful info (ie, timeline of fixing the issue, water shutoff potential, who is a contact person in case the issue gets worse or something, what the actual issue is and what the solution is going to look like, will they have to come back for a more permanent solution after this fix , etc.)
