someone has moved the concrete barrier blocking a paved walkway behind bestbuy and roomstogo. It is being used by vehicles to avoid hammond drive and gain access directly to the 285 westbound on ramp. this is causing traffic flow problems, pedestrian saftey issues, and traffic saftey issues. this paved walkway connects to 244 Perimeter Center Pkwy NE. The concrete barriers need to be moved back on both sides on the walkway
