Construction dumpster was movedfrom back if site to right by street. It is full if construction debre and neighborhood home garbage. It smells and is overfull causing bug and rodent issues. Avery park hoa, the builder, and realtor have been contacted with no resolve from builder. The bruh on this property is unmanaged and also causing an issue
