the alley way between Ridgemont and Commerce Roads is over grown with foliage on the city side and home owners side, the resident at 2114 Ridgemont is a amputee with a wheelchair ramp at the back of the house to access the alley for transportation, persons providing transportation are have difficulty navigating the alley way, because of the over growth. He would like an inspector to inspect the alley way and make recommendation to get the foliage cut down .
