The area in front entrance to Birdneck Point had a utility company dig up a 15x20 area to bury something either gas or fiber optic. The well maintained Bermuda grass was dug up and grass seed tosses down. 90% of the seed failed. Can you have the contractor who holds the permit come and sod it correctly? This is right of way property my community pays to maintain. Thanks.
