There are several areas of SE 31st St between Henney and Hiwassee roads that are deteriorating and tall trees/bushes growing over into the visuals of the roadway. It is enormously unsafe for two cars to drive down the street at the same time. As for families with children that wish to ride their bikes or take a walk, those things are impossible. It is just not safe. It is not safe for buses to drive down or the kids getting off and on the bus then walking to their homes. This is only one image from the side of the street closest to Henney on 31st St.
