Thank you for reporting this issue. I have inspected the property and have noticed that the hedges have overgrown the sidewalk. I have left a notice at the door of the property that tells the home owner that they must cut their hedges within the next week. Next week I will do a follow up inspection to make sure that the hedges are cut back.

The hedges still have not been cut because the house has been foreclosed on.

These hedges have not been trimmed by the owner and it is becoming a safety issue. Pedestrians may walk in the street to get around the hedges.

Is there an update on this? Also would like clarification on the last comment that says "because the house has been foreclosed on". Did the Borough mail a notice to the bank owners of the property? Can Narberth trim the hedges and Send an invoice to the owners?

See recent picture of the hedges. Would appreciate an update and/or the Borough taking action to rectify the situation. Thanks.

A letter has been sent to the bank that owns the property, informing them that they need to cut back the hedges. We are now waiting for the bank to respond.
