This intersection has been notorious for speeders, accidents and cars doing donuts. Within the last 2 months, there's has been well over 4 accidents on that intersection. Cars coming eastbound on 23rd are speeding and disregarding life and property. today, a car plowed into a parked car on the corner of 23rd and e20th, the culprit sped off leaving 3 damaged cars. Can I suggest have a speed bump somewhere along 23rd ave? Or having a round about or a dip or cars can slow down? There are kids walking to and from that intersection and I would hate to see another person hurt from speeding cars.
