Description
The restaurant dba Belotti Ristorante located at 5403 College Ave has there garbage area located off of Hudson Street. The area is infested with rodents and is not at all clean. It appears to be a health hazard and overflowing with garbage. Perhaps they need pick up more than once a week? Also the business is in violation of the Oakland Blight code as they leave their bins past 12 o'clock and not to mention the amount of scavengers at night keeps the whole block up. Please inspect this area. I realize in San Francisco, the toters have to be out of sight from the public right away, perhaps they can build a fence to secure it and also block the illegal dumping?
