I too as a tax payer of Ansonia Ct also would like to know why the subject E.Main and adjacent factories with a few hundred yards are dragging our city into the point of no return?

A city in dire straits that is attempting to bargain with the devil.
Also , perhaps they don't want to offend the mini me downsized version and owners of the behemoth building that sits not too far from mentioned property.

@Francis , sometimes one can attend public hearings and / or Aldermanic type of meetings at their City Hall . At times there is a lack of transparency in one's Government, accountability, just sometimes..
