Owners of this rental property are not maintaining the yard and exterior conditions up to codes. Grass needs cutting and trees need pruning. Home is occupied, but is not being kept up. This home is a eye sore to the neighborhood and the home owners who do care what their neighborhood looks like. I am not expecting much PLEASE TELL THEM TO CUT THE GRASS!!
