The backyard at 9 Clements Street is again filled with trash. A decade ago we tried to address this problem and the owner landfilled the back yard, including some of the trash, resulting in the grade of the property abutting the side fence to our yard being elevated about three feet. (Look at the fence from the sidewalk on Clements Street. There is only about a foot and a half visible now because it is three feet higher than the property at 80 Cliff Street.) The trash is even more noticable now because it is three feet higher and no longer hidden by our fence.
