Broken concrete patching needs replacing and rusting metal on fence and stairs needs painting.

Thank you for reporting this issue. The broken concrete patch is part of the wall and will be fixed when the entire wall is repaired in the near future. I have started work on removing the rust from the fence post and stairs. When that is done, I will repaint everything and it should be done within the next two days.
