As of yesterday the small pile down by the tunnel was still there.

Maybe I should have entered these as 2 issues since there were 2 piles? Yes, the pile in the photo was removed but there is a smaller pile along the road as you head west on Haverford Ave. It is right before the bump out that has flowers planted in it. That's before you get to the welcome to Narberth tunnel.
