Description
On Oct. 28/12 at 10:55 .pm. I encountered a police investigation of a pedestrian-car accident. I counted 8 police cruisers, two fire trucks, two TTC workers. Is this what Toronto's 40% excess staff and managers are doing? I can't see how more than 2 officers and one or two cruisers (One if they hard portable flares) could ever be needed. The public is so fed up with city over-staffing and public rip-offs. We need transit, not 16 officers, 24 firefighters and two TTC supervisors to investigate a pedestrian-car mishap.
