In the past two weekends I witnessed two near bike accidents involving bikes riding WAY too fast with kids and pedestrians walking pets. Please put up signs to yield for pedestrians and pets AND to SLOW DOWN. This need to be an enforceable offense as well. Don't wait until a death is caused by bikes riding too fast to act. Prevent them!
