Description

Three (3) No Parking signs on south side Elizabeth Ave between Kearny Ave and Morgan Place.
1. The "No Parking" signs need to be updated as they are faded
2. Cars consistantly park in the no parking zones on this narrow street. There is insufficient monitoring and enforcement.
