Description

This property is a rat harborage. The entire back side of the house is covered in thick ivy vines which are used as a rat highway and for feeding. This is a serious problem. The vines cover the back and side of the structure. I have often observed rats running in and out of the property when I drive thru the alley behind the house. Also, there is a shack in the back that has rats. There is a rat problem on this street because of this house. Also, my experience in construction tells me that the vines themselves make the entire structure unsound. Everything needs to be removed.
