The (apartment complex?) parking lot on starfish is mostly gravel. That gravel somehow makes it onto the intersection at Cape Henry Dr. The gravel ends up all over the intersection and turns into projectiles from passing vehicles. These rocks hurt when they fly at you from the passing vehicles. The rocks have also destroyed the city's pavement as you can see in the photo. Is it possible to have that parking lot paved to protect city property and avoid further injury to any passerby on the trail?
