Description
This bicycle was being moved around from different signs and settled here over a week ago. No one knows who it belongs to. No one was ever seen anyone at the bicycle. We are wondering if it belongs to the person who was arrested for removing delivered packages from their porches up Orange Street last week.

You jump to conclusions.. making 2 +2 = 5. Evidently someone has been moving the bicycle around, since it is seen in various places. You have very little basis for your conclusion about who it belongs to,, but.. all you have to do is ask the right people.
btw.. it's news to me that someone was arrested for removing delivered packages.. do tell. I'd like to know.

I guess no one wants this one, mathurin.
I will tell you that one time I saw a van go into a yale campus area where there were about 50 bikes ,, and they piled about 15 of them into the van and left.
Did you call the police to check out the 4th bike?

That'd be profiling! Not enough reasonable suspicion! Like I said it's a common occurrence here in New Haven!
Besides the police have major crimes to contend with on a Friday nights need no waste their scarce time they're short handed as it is in a City ranked highest crime per capita in the USA!

Are you sure that New Haven has the highest crime rate? What I see is that it is Detroit.. be careful now because you are sabotaging your credibility.
