I did speak with Patricia Logan in reference to this sign she send an Email to Joe to find out if it's the City's sign or the State sign because this is a state road.

The Department of Transportation for the State of New Jersey was notified the sign was down on the Island. Since this intersection is under the State's jurisdiction, they will arrange for this problem to be resolved.
