I continue to submit complaints about the poor drainage on the corner of Gales and 16th St., NE. The backing up of the drain whenever it rains has caused flooding to numerous properties in the past. The city has claimed in the past that it could have had no way of knowing. It will not be able to claim lack of knowledge or liability again. Please address this issue, so that the corner properly drains of rainwater.
