Sharraxaadda

It is a constant noise issue in our area. I have noticed that they seem to be targeting the blue and white house that sits on Lark Dr., when they get near that house them seem to make more noise with there vehicles. I have been watching for the past years. Last night this continued to over in the morning hours. For some people it is a terrible problem. Their lack of respect, and inconsideration for others is very poor. Some of the people making the noise may not all live in the neighborhood, and maybe they do. This has been a problem in the past and today it still is, but worse. If the problem can not be controlled, it sends a terrible message for the neighbors and the neighborhood, but it is only Arbor Hill, so who cares what goes on, I hear.
