This is a problem along Golf Drive and Wakefield. It forces people to park in the street, blocking traffic. The property owners don't appear to understand that the right-of-way doesn't belong to them.

Inspector Norman Henderson made onsite investigation at referenced address and could not find a fence in ROW. He canvases a 2 block radius and did not see a fence in the ROW. Case is closed an unfounded complaint.

Did the inspector take any pictures? If he really walked 2 blocks he would have seen the fence. It is on Golf Drive between Wakefield and Rosepoint.
