Hi! I have escalated this request to the Department of Watershed Mangement for resolution.

There is a sunken meter hole at 220 Berean Ave. that has been reported multiple times over the last 3 years that looks like the photo. Ryan, please confirm the street address?

Please let us know if it is the same as the following reported issue: https://seeclickfix.com/issues/3904607. The locations appear to be right across from each other and it may be the same sunken meter.
