WHEN IS 287 GOING TO BE COMPLETED? Driving on 287 is very dangerous and hazardous - with so many craters on the road - the white lines are barely visible, crooked, you have to dodge the truck drivers zooming next to you. Who is responsible for overseeing this? Are all construction workers on vacation? There are plenty of people who need jobs.
