When Oakland suffered that terrible winter wind the blew down the huge Eucalyptus tree next to the Lake Chalet restaurant a traffic cone was put over the light base that remained from the light pole the tree destroyed. Since then that temporary cone has disintegrated to nothing and bolts are sticking up just waiting for a child or adult to fall on them. See attached picture. Please remove the remaining base or replace the light...which we all think should be there for night lighting in the area.
