There is a vandalized stop sign that is covered anyway by a seriously over grown willow tree at 117 gore that is not Kept up by owners. This completely blocks view of stop sign and traffic. On other corner from opposite direction hedges block view. No stop sign on Grover st. Major accidents keep happening. It is unsafe for all the kids in the neighborhood. Just this weekend major accident with turned over car and fire hydrant completely shattered.

Please add stop signs on Grover st to make it an intersection and cut down willow tree blocking vision!
