These folks moved out and the house is vacant - their swimming pool has turned green and is a breeding ground for mosquito's . Please make these folks clean the pool or empty it so we don't get inundated with mosquito's . Also nothing has been watered - their grass and tree's are dying along with the grass along the sidewalk. the city needs to hold people accountable !!
