The walking dyke is the City of Richmond and the maintenance of the trail. Why is the grooming of that same trail separated to the MOT? Please clarify as the vegetation is now overgrown and spilling over the road curbs and actually into the road itself. Thank you.

the location is the Dyke road walking trail just west of Boundary Road .... the block is ~23600-23740 DYKE ROAD. It is unkempt and an eyesore and requires definite mowing and some aggressive grooming. Thank you.
