Description
A construction crew working on the Kaiser building along northbound Broadway after the 580 underpass have blocked the bike lane but haven't implemented proper bike lane closure mitigation (see City of Oakland's new policy document for bike lane closure mitigation). Ideally they should convert the rightmost travel lane into a bike lane for the duration of the construction process to maintain safe and convenient bike access through the project area.
