Sharraxaadda

this is on my property and I am continually having to clean it almost daily. There is an olod rusted no littering sign covered by trees. I was hoping I could get a new county sign or two and put out there.. I can dig holes and provide posts for no litter signs if County still provides those signs... It seems like 20 drunk drivers toss their beer cans/bottles out every weekend night... it has gotten bad and almost impossible to keep clean enough to mow..
