This occupied building has a 1st floor rear wall that has collapsed and a chimney that is falling down. The backyard appears inaccessible and is filled with garbage and overgrown vines. We can view the crumbling building from our home behind it on Webster street. It seems very unsafe and continues to deteriorate.
