Description

unsecured access door in the road that was not bolted back down. It rocks open when cars drive over it, and bangs open and shut violently (and loudly) during strong wind.
Anyone curious can easily open up the panel, and accidentally fall 25' to land on sewer equipment - very dangerous.
Please re-secure access panel.
Location - along floodwall road between 12th St and Virginia St (by new Locks bldg at 1200 East Byrd).
