Red porch lights can symbolize different things to different cultures and different individuals or maybe they just like red. I checked village ordinances and there is no code I found against particular colors of porch lights. Live and let live. Porch light colors are not necessarily a sign of anything untoward going on.

Unfortunately, we do not have an ordinance prohibiting colors of lighting a resident can display.
