The issue is the need to synchronize the lights at the garage, the surface lot / Shawmut St, and Revere St. In particular, the timing needs to take into account pedestrian walk requests, as that is the big difference between now (summer, standstill) and the winter (colder, fewer pedestrians... by no means great, but better)

This problem has not been resolved. 15 minutes to simply exit garage. Please address.

Any update on his matter? Still not resolved. Traffic backed up multiple floors in the garage for the last few days. Please advise.
