Homeless man and his broken down truck have been parked in this spot for nearly a week. There appear to be mental health issues as well (truck is stuffed full of junk). The longer he stays, the more he spreads out - see clothes hanging on fence now. He is parked in a green zone and in the way of folks picking up BART patrons.

Really Oakland.. How is this allowed? Anyone else would have a pile of tickets by now. Where's this man's license, insurance, registration. Jborn, public works is going to tell you to call OPD, so maybe you could do it if possible. Who is handing out these wrecked vehicles, there's just to many..

This a sad situation but folks like this cannot be allowed to burrow into our city streets with impunity. If I am a minute overdue parking, I will get slapped with a ticket I now hear has gone up to $70. Thank goodness I've not gotten one since they were $55. C'mon City of Oakland do something.

I have seen this clown. OK- he needs to be noticed and has issues concerning power. but please, not in my face. The city of Oakland needs to either confiscate this man's truck or force him to leave. I would get ticketed and have to pay the consequences, but why is this homeless exhibitionist exempt ?
