Description

The patch put over the original hole has fell into the large void under the pavement. There still is a hole 12 inches deep and ~ 32" across under the pavement but now instead of a 2" hole it is 7"

A. Reported this in March, crew came out patch over the hole in pavement. The large void under the pavememt wasn't taken care of and now the bandaid over the original hole has fell in the hole
