We reported this issue last year (2015) and got no response, even though other degrading areas on Southview similar to ours were addressed. This area has gotten significantly bigger since our first report. Thank you for your attention to this.
J. Barker investigated 7/7/16. the driveway for this address is on Southview and that is where the issue is. The top layer of asphalt has broken up and missing in this area. As an interim repair, we will skin patch the area. Scheduled between now and the end of October.
Your words: As an interim repair, we will skin patch the area. Scheduled between now and the end of October. **Monday is the end of October. Will you be doing the work that day?
Dear Merry S, due to changing priorities such as the flood in Ellicott City, we used many of our resources and time in that area. Your concern for the pavement will still be addressed as soon as time allows. This could be extended into the spring/summer schedule of 2017 but we will make repairs. Thank you J. Barker 11/8/16.
Thanks, Jim. I appreciate that the flood rerouted many repairs. I also understand that in the big picture, this is not a big deal. Our concern is that our driveway will be negatively impacted because the roadway has eroded away where the two meet.
Roadway has been blacktoped overplayed
