I walk by this house a lot and it is really a dump. The grass out back is about 2 feet deep there is trash in the alley and on the back porch. The paint is all coming off the house. I am not sure I understand why the city seems to do so little about houses like this and let these absentee owners get away with this. I have been complaining about other houses like this and the only thing the city seems to be able to get done is to get them to cut the grass. You ought to call the city and see if the property taxes are up to date.
