Now that RiRa has constructed this fence around their outdoor dining there is barely room for two people to pass between it and the Windjammer sign. The easy fix would be to move the sign but it as been placed there for many years so I don't know how RiRa for permission to build their fence so close. Between the heavy summer traffic in the Old Port, the Casco Bay Lines, the cruise ships and now the craft booths along Commercial, this is forcing pedestrians into the street.
