Α. There are several people camped under the overpass of South Post Oak and West Belfort, and have been for months. The group has grown over last few weeks as has the amount of trash. They panhandle at every stop in the intersection. The entire arrangement in which they are currently living and spending the day at this intersection is creating an unsanitary and uncomfortable place to pass through.
