I want to know what the city will do to get this vega t ion cut in the yard. We are scared to walk the side walks beca u se the rusk of their being snakes ib this high grass. Should some one get bit this will certainly be litigation that will come to the attention of the HOA anf the Code Enforcement dept of missouri city. You earliest attention to getting this grass cut would be greatly appreciated

The abatement process includes the mowing of the grass. The city must follow guidelines to complete this process, since this is not property owned by the city.
It is also suggested that you stay in contact with your Home Owner's Association, as this may be a deed restriction.

On 6/24/16, the property was posted for possible abatement.

Just spoke to Ronald at the Missouri City Code enforcement dept. He stated that unless it rains between now and next Tuesday July 5, 2016 that a city contractor will cut the grass next week, which is July 5 - July 8, 2016.

He further stated that the gutter issue is going to Municipal Court to be addressed... No time frame was provided for this.

All the neighbors on Peach tree ln are watching to see what happens this week. We have been promised that the city will have a contractor come and cut the front and back yard. Two says left to this week.
