Description

A very low flying single or twin engine aircraft was circling the area at
7:45 p.m. today. It appeared to be doing some sort of reconnaisance. If rhis is a government craft the county should post a notice about it. There is a real safety concern because of utility wires, tall trees and traffic. It was also a nuisance...interrupting peace and quiet with engine noise. If it's a private craft, it should have a flight plan and justification for flying so low. Thanks for seeing what can be done to resolve this problem.
